It is an important concern, and one we take seriously. To date, we are not aware of a solar panel manufacturer refusing a warranty claim specifically because PV Coating was applied.
But we believe our customers deserve more than reassurance based on past experience. That is why our 5-Year Guarantee includes an additional panel replacement commitment.

OUR REPLACEMENT COMMITMENT
If the manufacturer refuses because of PV Coating, we provide a replacement panel.

If, during the 5-Year Guarantee period, a solar panel manufacturer refuses a warranty claim specifically because PV Coating has been applied to the affected panel, PV Coating will provide a replacement solar panel for that affected panel in accordance with our 5-Year Guarantee.
The protection applies to the affected panel itself.
WHAT THE PROTECTION COVERS
The replacement solar panel itself.
Where the qualifying conditions of our Guarantee are met, PV Coating will provide the replacement panel for the affected panel.
Where the original panel is no longer reasonably available, we may provide a suitable equivalent replacement panel, taking account of compatibility and relevant technical specifications.
IMPORTANT LIMITATION
Panel-only replacement protection
Our replacement commitment covers the replacement solar panel itself.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, it does not cover associated costs such as removal of the existing panel, installation or fitting of the replacement panel, scaffolding or access equipment, electrical works, system modification, disposal, or other associated labour or services.
